2. What types of services do you offer?

We specialize in user-generated content (UGC) creation and professional content editing, tailored for e-commerce and dropshipping businesses. We provide engaging, authentic content that helps boost your social media presence and ad performance.

3. How does the revision process work?

All of our packages include revisions. After delivering the initial content, you’ll have the opportunity to request adjustments. We’ll ensure that the final product aligns with your expectations before wrapping up.

4. How long does the content creation process take?

  • For Product-Based Content: Once the product reaches our creator, you’ll receive initial content for review within 2-3 days.
  • For Editing Services: We deliver edited content within 24 hours for your review.

5. When do I make the payment?

We offer two payment options:

  • Full Upfront Payment: Pay 100% upfront for faster service initiation.
  • Hybrid Payment: Pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon approval of the watermarked version. We typically recommend this option if you're unsure.

6. Can I communicate directly with the creator or editor?

Yes, you’ll have 1-on-1 communication with a hand-picked creator or editor to ensure the content aligns with your vision. However, please note that clients cannot request personal details, payment information, or contact information such as phone numbers or email addresses from the creators or editors.

7. What if I need to cancel the project?

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. However, once work has begun, all payments are final due to the personalized nature of our services.

8. How will I receive the final content?

Once everything is finalized and approved, we’ll send all the completed content in a neatly organized zip file for your convenience.

9. What happens if my project requires a product to be sent?

If content creation requires a physical product, we’ll wait for the product to arrive at the creator’s location before starting. Once received, we’ll begin work and deliver the first draft within 2-3 days.
